Have you ever wondered what it would be like to see a transition coming, become aware of the worries occupying your psyche, and take the time to be with how you feel?
In order for a practice like this to be effective, we must show up consistently to look objectively at our circumstances and identify the difference between our storied state of being and our truth. The best way to do this and receive the desired outcome of shedding excess thoughts, feelings, and stories is with a guide so the walk through each week is intentional and poignant.
I guide a small group from the end of summer to the beginning of fall through an experience that allows the inner wisdom in each one of us to rise to the surface. This is especially important as we move from the extreme heat to fall, a time when we can easily get whisked from one thing to another without giving ourselves time to process and release. What happens over time if we do not engage in committed and deliberate awareness is digestive upset, which in turn results in anxiety, sleeplessness, and often seasonal affective disorder/depression.
We gather every week - feeling the awareness deepen, heaviness lift, and perspective shift.
Our time together is much like a one-on-one session with me only you have a group experience to share in your aha’s, clarifications, and celebrations.
