Whether you did the Ayurvedic Cleanse or not, this series gives you the opportunity to explore how cooking and eating Ayurvedic meals can calm your digestive system by reducing inflammation, reducing toxins in the body, and spending more time connected to nature.
As you join the group, I will send you a health history form to complete so you are familiar with your dosha.
Every Tuesday morning in June we will call in from 10-11a with a new theme each week.
Each theme covers an integral pillar in Ayurvedic healing.
During the call, we will:
learn how the Ayurvedic pillars support our longterm wellbeing.
discuss foods that contribute to each pillar’s strength.
adopt simple lifestyle practices that fuel the gut-brain connection.
receive recipes to make before our next session - for enjoyment and to share our experience cooking, eating the dish, and checking in after our meal is complete.
