Spring clean it all! From the perspective of Ayurveda ("science of life" and sister science of yoga), we look at the body as four equally important components - mind, body, energy, soul. Take this workshop to gain a deeper understanding of your composition and feel the heaviness of winter melt away. We will:
- determine your elemental basic nature and current constitution - learn how elements show up physically, mentally, and energetically
- practice pranayama and asana that balance your current constitution
At the end, there will be an option to register for an intimate continued program, crafted for you to access optimal health through the winter to spring transition.
